One month training

Instructions for Completing the Application Form Before proceeding with the application, please carefully review the following guidelines:

Student Handbook Review

• Navigate to the student handbook link in the dropdown menu under the school tab.
• Thoroughly read the Bibleway Institute Student Handbook for the one-month school.
• Pay special attention to the educational philosophy and the commitments required should you be accepted as a student.

Visa Requirements

• Before completing the application, consult the German embassy’s official website applicable to your nationality to determine if you are eligible for a visa waiver for a 30-day visit.
• Our program is designed to run for 90 days, allowing international students to receive advanced training within the scope of a tourist visa. However, we acknowledge that some countries are only granted a 30-day stay.

Mandatory Practicum Requirement

• Your application will not be accepted if you do not intend to complete the one-month practicum requirement.
• If you initially agree to the practicum but later change your decision after completing the academic month, you will only receive a Certificate of Participation, not the Certificate of Completion and Competency.
• The cost for the Certificate of Participation is the same as that for the Certificate of Completion and Competency. Please refer to the student handbook for further details.

Application Form Submission

• Complete all sections of the application form with reference to the student handbook.
• Upload a recent electronic photo in the designated upload section. Applications without a photo will not be accepted.

Graduation and Certificate Payment

• If you wish to prepay for your graduation and certificate, indicate this by selecting the appropriate option on the payment page.
• Students are required to pay for their certificate upfront. However, payment for graduation fees may be deferred until three months before the ceremony.
• Graduation attendance is optional.

Pre-Study Reading & Online Test Requirement

• Before completing the application, you must read the following book and take the corresponding online test:
